Thegrinding wheelis fine, pretty much the same as many of the others. The main reason that I purchased this one was that it was supposed to be 1/8" thick. (which is what is printed on thegrinding wheel.) However when it arrived it was 7/32" thick which is the same thickness as another brand that I have that says it is 1/4" thick
